The Fundamentals of Hula...
The fundamentals of Hula begin with the feet!
I was taught feet first then move up through the body. I love watching the feet of my dancers. It is so very important!
During each class, students will work on Oli (Chant), ʻŌlelo (Language), Technique, Hula Kahiko (Traditional), and Hula Auana (Modern).
